Returns and refunds

All polishes are shipped individually bubble wrapped. In the unfortunate event that a bottle leaks or arrives broken, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order, and supply a photograph. We will try to resolve the issue by re-shipping or refunding the product, depending on stock levels. Replacement product will always be the same as the original product ordered.

Unfortuantely we cannot accept claims of damages submitted more than 5 days after receiving the order, as required by postal companies.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided the item(s) are unopened and in their original condition and packaging. Please email us first if you would like to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, full refund less shipping costs will be provided within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back by applying a credit to you original method of payment.

If your order is returned to us because you were absent during delivery or refuse the parcel, we will either refund the order amount minus the restocking fee of 10% and the original shipping charge, or you can pay the cost of postage again to have it re-shipped.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
